PLOHMAX is a very powerful beveller used for extreme wall thicknesses and special materials. Its locking range is 94.5 – 318.5 mm inside diameter of the bevelled pipe. This machine is locked into bevelled pipes from the inside by means of three robust triangular locking jaws and is capable of performing an inside bevel, outside bevel and facing simultaneously, quickly and smoothly.

The bevel is usually done in a single pass (depending on bevel size and material hardness, sometimes multiple passes may be required). Virtually any bevel of any shape and size can be produced, including some J-bevels, compound bevels, internal boring etc.

Bevelling blades for most common applications are carried in stock, others can be tailor made in accordance with customer’s needs. This model is often used in nuclear and chemical industries. It is possible to extend the range of PLOHMAX up to 418 mm ID. This machine can be supplied with an electric, pneumatic and hydraulic drive.
