Lightweight hand-held machines that round off edges quickly and precisely R2, R3, R4, and R5 through milling.

For perfectly executed varnishing, it is essential to round off sharp edges. This ensures the maintenance of a continuous layer of varnish, which is not prone to defects, as in the case of sharp edges. Such prepared varnish, for example on steel parts, can provide up to a 15-year guarantee.

Grinding these edges is possible, but impractical, uneconomical, and even environmentally unfriendly.

Milling edges with special cutting inserts is not only very precise and fast, but also, from a health perspective, more suitable for the operator. It does not create airborne metal dust, which the operator could inhale, but rather collects the chips. The speed of work and productivity is much higher, and precise rounding by milling is far superior to grinding.
