Bevel manufactures and sells machines mostly made in standard series; however, from time to time we come across a special requirement from our customers to adapt a machine to customer’s needs.
In this particular case the customer is based in the United States and when they were building a new factory, they were required by their local municipality to have all their machinery UL certified. UL certification demands to use slightly different electrical components to the standard that is required for CE declaration as well as special labels etc. Bevel teamed made adaption along with its supplier of control panels and fitted the machines with UL listed control panels as well as closely followed other requirement for the UL certification.
Another requirement from the customer was to make a slope bevel at 76 degrees on top of the conventional bevelling between 15-60 degrees. This can be achieved using SQUAREMILL and the regular double-sided bevelling needs were addressed by combination of PURMILLs and PURMILLs UpD. The customer purchased total of 8 units and now produces 200+ wind towers every year.
